In 1935, Mr. Rafael Margalef, built a wooden rice mill, although many years earlier,his fatherwas engaged in thecultivation and processingofcompletely handmaderice.
Rafael andTeresa brothers, the third generation, have kept themill and thesame development processin order toproduce somericewith exceptionalculinary properties.
Since 2008 the millis listed as a “Rice Museum Moli de Rafael” offering guided visits. It also has a farm shop.
