Located in Guernica, in the heart of the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve, we are a natural, complex, diverse and constantly evolving winery. Our aim is to create and share the magic of txakoli, to disseminate the culture of this ancestral heritage and other unique wines through nature, culture and history, through unique food and wine activities. We are true avant-garde artisans in viticulture, working in an innovative and daring winery that has the utmost respect for its origin from the natural environment to the landscape and history, who have developed a range of products that is unique among txakoli wineries.
Our innovative vocation over the past 25 years is aiming to take a leap forward with the creation of a space full of magic where we will be able to enjoy a daring project from a perspective of 360º Wine Tourism. We offer a wide range of experiences in which you can learn about txakoli from scratch or gain a deeper insight by tasting different vintages or more original and innovative txakolis; you can even be an expert winemaker for a day and create your own txakoli!

Company’s commitment to conservation of biodiversity and local development
- We collaborate with the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve Bird Centre on a project relating to the birds in the reserve, drawing images of them on the labels of our young wine bottles
- We hold a bird nesting workshop with children and a tree day involving the replanting of native species around the winery
- All the products used in our experiences are locally sourced and the pintxos snacks made by bars/restaurants in the region that pair well with our txakolis
- Recycling by-products, e.g. composting stalks and peel
