Casa Celia emerged as a small tavern in 1938 as a result of the passion for the best home cooking and careful service down to the smallest detail. Years later, Maricarmen, daughter of the founders Celia and Manolo, took over by turning this small tavern into the restaurant with a capacity for 160 diners that it is today, where quality continues to be the undisputed brand of the house.
