‘PAN DE EL BERRO’ BAKERY

Working in a traditional manner, me make different types of organic bread after double fermentation from sourdough, sticking to precise timings and carrying out traditional wood-fired baking. 

Our products are seeded bread and organic crop flour from both rye and whole/white wheat.

We carry out guided visits to learn about the bread-making process, the traditional and organic one, at a bakery located in the surroundings of such a beautiful protected area as Sierra Espuña. Counting on environmental awareness to maintain the Regional Park´s natural balance.
