Etxegorri rural guest house is strongly committed to the conservation of biodiversity and local development through actions such as:

We’re carrying out a project for the conservation of hardwood forests in the Gorbeia SAC and highlight the work of previous generations in their conservation. We are currently in the inventory phase with a view to promoting their value among visitors, both through videos and by facilitating their visit.
We’ve launched our own project, Zenbat KM, in which we’ve classified suppliers and products and made distance a priority criterion for selection, especially for purchasing food products, as well as rating the means of production, which must be as sustainable as possible.
We’re located in a rural neighbourhood with little light pollution as the street lights use LED bulbs. It´s a traditional farming area and the landscape that we enjoy today has been shaped by this activity.
